This is a complete yoga set. It comes with the mat, block, strap, and carrying case. I will say the mat is pretty thin for yoga. The one I use now is at least twice as thick as this one. The yoga block is standard size. The yoga strap is very nice, and the yoga bag is nylon. It's made for easy carrying of the yoga mat. Even though it is a complete set, I am only giving it 4-stars. The quality is just okay on the set.
