When we have pizza night, we always order our pizza uncut. We do this because we really don't know how clean the pizza cutter is that they are using. I have always wanted a cutter and scraper like this. The handle is made of real wood, and the blade is very sharp. And I was glad we got the dough scraper with it.
We make are dough by hand everyday. And some of the dough gets stuck on the bread board. We always have used a knife to get it off. But with the scraper, it is so much easier. The clean up is a breeze. We just wash the products in soap and water, and they are clean. I am sure the pizza cutter could be used for other foods. Spices, salad, and cheese are a few I can think of. The price is really a good value for the quality and durability of the product.
