I really love the taste of Aged Balsamic Vinegar. It really has a sweet taste to it. I use it almost everyday on my salads. It just gives it that special flavor. I was recently asked to try and review Aged Balsamic Vinegar di Modena Italy, Old World Tradizionale. It really has the old world taste of traditional balsamic vinegar. It's barrel aged, and they use Trebbiano, Lambrusco and Sangiovese Grapes. It's the perfect taste of sweet and acid. It smells wonderful, and it's the best balsamic vinegar I have ever tasted. The company has the highest standard for pureness, quality and taste. I highly recommend. And if you use olive oil, there's is also the best as well.
