I love to cook. But mostly bread, desserts, and quiche. I was asked to review a 2pk Quiche set by Homga. This one's different because it has a removable bottom. Just pop it out, with no mess. It's mad of a high grade carbon steel, and coated with a non-toxic Whittford Xylan® coating. The quiche set is non-stick. And it won't rust, or corrode. It is strong, and durable. And can handle a baking temperature up to 260 degrees F. It's perfect for cheesecake, pies, tarts, and cakes. You can put it in the dishwasher, or wash by hand. this is an excellent price for 2 (12.99 on Amazon). And would make a great gift.
