I was looking for a vegetable and fruit slicer on Amazon. I was fortunate enough to receive one to review from ZE & LI. The Mandoline Slicer V-Blade Vegetable Slicer. Let me tell you all the reasons I love this slicer.

The slicer itself is made of stainless steel. It will never rust or corrode. It comes flat, and has a stand that flips out for slicing. It comes with 5 v-shaped blades. One attached to the slicer, and 4 more in their own v-shaped stand.

Each blade slides in the v-blade slicer. You know it's in correctly when you see the red circle on the blade. It comes a 1.5mm, and a 2.5mm v-slicer blades. And a 2mm, 3.5mm, 7mm julienne v-slicer blades.

You can make garnishes, french fries, diced vegetables for soups and salads. Just use your imagination. It's easy and safe to use. It comes with a holder that you attach to the vegetable or fruit. This keeps your fingers away from the blades. Just flush some soapy water on the slicer and blades and that's all the cleaning it needs.

I give the slicer 5 out of 5 stars. It's a great addition to your kitchen. I was given this slicer for my honest and truthful unbiased review.
