I wanted a nice exercise ball set.One that included exercises I could do very easily and were included with the ball. I was excited to try and review this one by Live Indefinitely. For review purposes I was sent the black set with ball size 65cm. It even comes with a hand held air pump. The set was very durable. It comes with a set of exercises you can do at home. I also went online at youtube and saw exercise videos, that were easy to watch and do. This is a professional grade exercise ball set. I have had no tears or holes in the exercise ball. I use the ball a lot when I do low-impact yoga. Live Infinitely also has a large digital library of videos and how to exercise videos for you to access. The smaller sets sell for under twenty dollars on amazon. This is a great all around exercise set, and I am very pleased with it.
